Materials Needed:

Have you prepared your mask? Now is a good time to do that.

Open the papers you want to use and place over the mask.
Right click the paper in the layers pallet and Create Clipping Mask.
Repeat this for any other masks you want to use.

After you have, you can then start building up your tag.

Open the elements from the kit and place them on the mask.
Edit > Free Transform to move, resize, and rotate your elements.

I am not going to go into which elements I have used and how I placed them, so I am just going to show you what I did.

After you have arranged your elements, give them all a drop shadow.
Right click the elements in the layers pallet and choose Blending Options.
In the popup window, you will find the Drop Shadow Option.
Play around with the settings until you have the result you like.

Now place your tube on your tag and give it a drop shadow also.
You can move the tube up or down in the layers pallet to get it positioned where you want.
Add those copyrights, now, so you don't forget.

Add a name or other wording of choice.
You can also give these a layer style.
I used a drop shadow, stroke, and gradient overlay.

If you only want a static tag without animation, you may stop here. If you would like to add the animation, please proceed.

Prepare your work area for animation.

Animation Now we are going to learn how to use the Puppet Warp feature for animation.

Highlight the key layer and go to Edit > Puppet Warp.
You will notice that the key will then be covered in a mesh.
You can put anchor points on it for the animation purposes.

Now duplicate your key layer.
Edit > Puppet Warp
Now move the bottom anchor point over slightly.

Duplicate this layer.
Edit > Puppet Warp
Move the bottom anchor point again.

Duplicate this layer
Edit > Puppet Warp
Move the bottom anchor point again.

You should now have 4 key layers.

Hide all the key copies.

In your animation window, your first Animation Frame is already there.

Duplicate this frame by clicking on the folded paper icon at the bottom of the window.
Hide the original key layer and unhide the Copy. Use the eye icon beside the layer in the layers pallet.

Duplicate the frame again.
Hide the Copy layer and unhide the Copy 2 layer.

Dupicate the frame again.
Hide the Copy 2 layer and unhide the Copy 3 layer.

Duplicate the frame again.
Hide the Copy 3 layer and unhide the Copy 2 layer.'

Duplicate the frame again.
Hide the Copy 2 layer and unhide the Copy layer.

You should have 6 Frames. If you have more than that, just delete the last frame by highlighting the last frame and clicking on the trashcan icon at the bottom of the window.

When you click the play button in the animation window, it should look something like this:

Set your frame delay to 0.1 sec.
