Materials Needed:

Open Fram1.png
Image > Duplicate
Close the original.
This is to keep from accidentally saving over the original file.

Go to Image > Canvas Size:
3.jpg
Don't worry about it being huge, we will be resizing it later.

Duplicate the layer (select the layer in the layers pallet, then Layer > Duplicate...)

Edit > Free Transform:

Now right click it and Merge Down.
Double click the name in the layers pallet and rename it to Frame

Grab your selection wand and select the inner portion of the frames.
Select > Modify > Expand: 3

Create a new layer (Layer > New > Layer...) Name it Frame Backing

Drag and drop it under the frame layer in the layers pallet. (or Layer > Arrange > Send to Back)

Edit > Fill > Choose white from the dropdown box

Select > Deselect

Open Paper16 and use your move tool to move it onto your tag. Position it where desired.

Right click and choose Create Clipping Mask.
Now right click again and Merge Down.

Select the Frame layer and open Skull3
Edit > Free Transform:
2.jpg
Rename this layer Skull.

Open Bow3 and move it onto your canvas.
Edit > Free Transform:
4.jpg
Rename this layer Bow.

Add any other elements you would like to the tag. Rename the layers to reflect the content. This is for ease of navigation through the layers.

If you want a layer behind another, you can drag and drop them in the layers pallet to arrange them the way you want. (or Layer > Arrange > ... )

After you have all of your elements, right click the first one and choose Blending Options.

This will bring up your styles window.

Now just add a drop shadow of choice. The default one can work in most instances.

Here is how my layers pallet looks (I merged the bow and pendant layers):
5.jpg

And this is my tag so far:
6.jpg

Now... Image > Trim
To get rid of the excess space around your tag.

Image > Image Size:
7.jpg
Note that your values will be a little different depending on what elements you used in yours.

Select your Frame Backing layer and open your tube. Preferably one that has a closeup.

Move your closeup onto your tag. Bring up the blending options and change the layer opacity to 50%

Right click and choose Clipping Mask.

Now select your topmost layer in the layers pallet.
Move your main tube onto your tag and then Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal
Position it where desired.

Add a drop shadow if desired.

Now add copyright information so you don't forget.

Add a name or whatever wording you would like.

Now save as a .png or whatever you would like, and you are finished! Congratulations for getting through yet another tutorial!

And this is my result:
